Full detailed method
- 1Whisk ghee and icing sugar until pale.
- 2Stir in flour, semolina, cardamom and salt to a soft dough. Rest 10 mins.
- 3Roll into small balls, place on a lined tray and press a whole almond into each top.
- 4Bake at 170°C for 13–15 mins until the bases are pale gold. Cool fully — they set as they cool.
