- 🥣 Measure the flour and icing sugar.
- 🥄 Stir the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- 🌸 Press the flower cutter into the rolled dough.

Full detailed method
- 1Cream butter, icing sugar and vanilla until pale.
- 2Sift in flour and salt and bring together into a soft dough. Chill 20 mins.
- 3Roll to ½ cm thick between two sheets of parchment. Cut flowers with a cutter.
- 4Bake at 170°C for 10–12 mins until the edges are just golden. Cool completely.
- 5Whisk icing sugar with milk and colour to a thick drop. Dot into the centre of each flower and add a tiny sprinkle.
