- 🥣 Crush the biscuits inside a sealed bag.
- 🥄 Press the buttery crumbs into the glasses.
- 🥭 Stir the mango into the creamy mixture.
- 🌟 Sprinkle pistachios and saffron on top.

- 🔪 Cube the fresh mango.

Full detailed method
- 1Mix crushed biscuits and melted butter. Press into the base of 8 small glasses. Chill.
- 2Beat cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth. Mix in mango purée and cardamom.
- 3Whip the cold double cream to soft peaks and fold into the mango mixture.
- 4Spoon or pipe the filling into the glasses. Chill for at least 4 hours.
- 5Top with fresh mango cubes, pistachios and saffron just before serving.
