  • 🥄 Stir until the batter is glossy.

Full detailed method
  1. 1Line a 20cm square tray with parchment.
  2. 2Whisk melted butter, sugar and hot milk until glossy.
  3. 3Whisk in yoghurt and vanilla.
  4. 4Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Fold gently.
  5. 5Fold in chocolate chips and pour into the tray.
  6. 6Bake at 170°C for 22–25 mins until the top is set but the middle still fudgy. Cool, then cut into small squares.
