Full detailed method
- 1Line a 20cm square tray with parchment.
- 2Whisk melted butter, sugar and hot milk until glossy.
- 3Whisk in yoghurt and vanilla.
- 4Sift in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Fold gently.
- 5Fold in chocolate chips and pour into the tray.
- 6Bake at 170°C for 22–25 mins until the top is set but the middle still fudgy. Cool, then cut into small squares.
